  I originally retained Aquascapes to inspect the pool at the house in Englewood as part of the purchase and they reported it was in very good condition. Since they seemed knowledgeable they were also retained to do the weekly pool service as I had no experience with pool maintenance as I had never had a pool in Minnesota. Initially things seemed to be OK but the technician was in-and-out quickly. Then the pool started to have noticeable stains. I took a sample to well respected local pool supply company for an independent evaluation. Their chemical analysis of the water showed a pool that was, to put it nicely, a mess. My subsequent correspondence with Aquascapes was interesting but they will not reimburse for any of the damage done to our pool which required a total replaster to repair.
